On my bike ride today, my wife and I stopped to listen to St. Luke's Anglican Church Fiddle Group play on a street in my neighbourhood. The music was nice. This is a great example of positive social relationships-one of the pillars of lifestyle medicine. Enjoy the clip. #positivity
