I listened to an interesting podcast. Dr. Tushar Mehta was being interviewed. He reviewed the basics of a whole-food, plant-based diet. One item that struck me was the eggs from chickens have estrogen. I never really thought about it as a source. I usually think about milk and cheese as a source of estrogen. It just never occurred to me. I even found a video by Dr. Greger about this issue! Needless to say, you can always learn something new about the whole-food plant-based diet.
